Last night, I was about as high as if I had taken a really big hong rip of Delt-9, but that's about it. Delta-8 THC produces mind-altering effects that are very similar to delta-9 THC. The biggest risk of delta-8 is that it’s not regulated, which means that safety, purity, and strength can’t be guaranteed. Until more research is done and stricter regulations are passed, it is safer to use normal delta-9 THC products from regulated cannabis ... Delta 8 will, it's perfectly fine but something like 70% potency compared to D9, AKA normal ass THC. If you have access to actual flower, don't bother.
